💵 Sliding Scale Pricing (you choose what you pay)

• First visit: $50–$100

• Return visits: $35–$80

  No income verification—just choose what fits your budget

😷 Clinic Policies (please read carefully!)

• Masks are required at all times—no exceptions. Free masks are available at the clinic while supplies last.

• Feeling unwell? Stay home until 72 hours symptom-free (no meds)

• Cancel/reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
    → Late cancellations or no-shows = $50 fee for first time patients, $35 fee for returning patients

  These fees help us keep our clinic accessible and sustainable for everyone.

💳 Payment & Other Details

• We accept cash (exact change), check, credit/debit, HSA/FSA

• Starting January 2026, a credit card on file will be required to reserve appointments, though you can still pay however you prefer at your visit.

• Appointments last about 45 minutes

• We don’t bill insurance, but receipts are available for self-submission
